The room has a wooden floor and underfloor heating. It is south-facing and therefore very bright and sunny. You can look directly onto the Neukölln S+U station from the room. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the room (thanks to fairly well insulated windows). The house is not built up, so you have a wide view of the sky.
The kitchen is large and well equipped. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and extractor hood and enough space for a communal living area. It is in the middle of the apartment and the common room of the shared flat.
The bathroom is also newly renovated. In addition to the shower, there is also a bathtub.
Willi's room has access to a large balcony that can be shared by everyone.
We all have a single contract, which is concluded directly with the landlord and who needs the usual documents by arrangement, in particular proof of salary or a copy of the employment contract, if possible also Schufa (solicitar ahora) and rent debt-free certificate. This also means that registration is possible. Unfortunately, the landlord does not accept guarantees. The room is open-ended. Moving in would be on 15.05, but also earlier by arrangement :)

Das Zimmer hat einen Holzfußboden und Fußbodenheizung. Es ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet und deswegen super hell und sonnig. Man kann von dem Zimmer direkt auf den S+U Bahnhof Neukölln schauen. Trotzdem ist es in dem Zimmer (dank ziemlich gut isolierter Fenster) sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist nicht zugebaut, so dass man einen weiten Blick in den Himmel hat.
Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgerüstet. Hat eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und eine Dunstabzugshaube und genügend Platz für einen gemeinsamen Wohnraum. Sie ist in der Mitte der Wohnung und der Gemeinschaftsraum der WG.
Auch das Bad ist neu saniert. Neben der Dusche gibt es auch eine Badewanne.
Von Willis Zimmer aus hat man Zugang auf einen großen Balkon, der von allen mitbenutzt werden kann.
Wir haben alle einen einzelnen Vertrag, der direkt mit dem Vermieter geschlossen wird und der nach Absprache die gängigen Dokumente braucht insbesondere Gehaltsnachweis o. Kopie vom Arbeitsvertrag, nach Möglichkeit auch Schufa (solicitar ahora) und Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung. Das heißt auch: eine Anmeldung ist möglich. Bürgschaften nimmt der Vermieter leider nicht an. Das Zimmer ist unbefristet. Einzug wäre zum 15.05, nach Absprache aber auch gerne früher :)

The shared flat is right next to Neukölln S+U station, so it is also very well connected by the Ringbahn and the U7. There are many restaurants, bars and cafés on Karl-Marx-Straße and the streets around it.
Körnerpark is a 5-minute walk away, and Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide are also very close by.

Die WG ist direkt am S+U Bahnhof Neukölln, also durch die Ringbahn und die U7 auch super gut angebunden.
In der Karl-Marx-Straße und den Straßen drumherum gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés.
Im Körnerpark ist man in 5 min zu Fuß, beim Tempelhofer Feld oder der Hasenheide ist man auch sehr schnell.

You will be living with Willi (31), Joe (27) and Pablo (27). They are all oftentimes on the move, but are always happy to get together in the kitchen or hang out :) Joe and Pablo also sometimes go bouldering together. All in all, it's a pretty nice and considerate atmosphere. Friends are welcome here, but it's also totally ok if you want to withdraw from time to time. There are mainly shared flats in the house and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed!

Du wirst zusammen wohnen mit Willi (31), Joe (27) und Pablo (27). Alle sind viel unterwegs, aber freuen sich auch immer, wenn man mal in der Küche zusammenkommt oder was unternimmt :) Joe und Pablo gehen außerdem manchmal zusammen bouldern. Insgesamt ist es ein ziemlich schönes und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Bei uns sind Freunde wilkommen, es ist aber auch total ok, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte. Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich WGs und die Atmosphäre ist ziemlich entspannt!
