Hi there,
We are planning to set up a four-person shared flat, ideally consisting of ourselves and another equally cool and interesting couple.
The flat
The flat has 4 rooms and we imagine that each couple will get a bedroom and the other rooms will be used as a communal living room/office/guest room. There isn´t tons of space but we are hoping to find people who enjoy shared space and there is going to be one private room per couple.
The flat is 5min walking distance from Hermannplatz, located in a second row building on the ground floor.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for two people, ideally a couple between the ages of 25 and 35, who are fun, easy going and good communicators. The only real must is open and clear communication as it is the basis for everything else. Have a look at our Flat Life to see if you agree.
About us
We (Charly and Basti) are both 28, German, moved to Berlin from the Netherlands last summer and are easy going and fun. Charly works as a psychotherapist and Basti is a machine learning engineer. Charly likes to be creative in art and music while Basti likes theatre. We both like sports like climbing, skating, yoga and ultimate frisbee. We also like to cook, play games (board games or otherwise), travel and meet new people (and be visited by them).
Flat Life
For Flat Life, we envision an open and safe space, like the flats we have always lived in. Living together means that we want you to feel comfortable being yourselves and being brutally honest. In the past we have enjoyed cooking for each other occasionally, having film nights and games nights with our flatmates and would hope to do similar activities with you. We have friends all over Europe, so it should be no problem for us to have visitors over. We would also love to meet any friends you might bring to stay with us.
We bring quite a bit of furniture, including a screen and projector, as well as all the tools you could possibly need and a pretty solid collection of board games.
