The beautiful 28sqm room is bright and airy and simply but cozy furnished with a nice bed, a desk to work, a cozy armchair to relax and read and a shelf and clothing rail installation for all your stuff :)
This room offers space and privacy. It's quite and the window heads to the inner courtyard.
The apartment is very wide and spacious with really nice big rooms, a lovely kitchen that's well supplied and offers a large and modern bathroom that comes even with a bathtub. We have an additional small storeroom with a washing machine.
The apartment is located on Karl-Marx-Straße/Hobrechtstraße nearby Hermannplatz. So you are in the heart of vivacious Neukölln. Weserstr. So you would live close to nice neighbourhoods such as Schillerkiez, Richardkiez and Kreuzberg with all it's cafes, bars and restaurants. Additionally, just at the corner, is the canal inviting for joggs or walks to the park or the historic Stadtbad Neukölln if you are interested in a swim and sauna experience. Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Feld are not far away by foot, bus or bike to enjoy some nature in the city and basically you can find anything you need around. The nearby location to Hermannplatz offers an amazing public transport hub (metro lines U7 and U8, bus lines M29, M41 and many more). The infrastructure for daily supply, shops etc is amazing. Intercultural supermarkets (asian, arab, turkish, african, german) all just around the corner.
I am looking for someone clean and tidy who's responsible, openminded and easy going so a respectful and nice way of living together sharing a flat will be fun and chill.
It's a non smoking apartment but my two roommates each have a balcony, so you might use them after agreeing with them on a certain everyday strategy :)
My two lovely roommates are close friends. We are quite open, friendly but sometimes also busy. But they'll help out best possible. They don't work remote (mostly). So on days when they head out, it's really calm in the apartment in case you need a calm surrounding for remote work or everyday life.
