Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer unter, da ich für 4 Wochen verreise. Ihr wohnt mit meinem sehr entspannten und liebenswürdigen Mitbewohner zusammen. In der Wohnung findet ihr den typischen Berliner Altbaucharme in renovierter Form vor. Das große Bad hat schon so manche beeindruckt und in der Küche ist auch genug Platz für ein Abendessen mit Freunden. Wir suchen eine/n ruhige/n, entspannte/n Zwischenmieter/in. Keine Partycrowd! Dafür gibt's in Berlin genügend andere Möglichkeiten. Schreibt mich an und stellt euch bitte kurz vor. Wir benötigen 750 Euro Kaution und eine Kopie deines Persos. Natürlich bekommt ihr für die Kaution eine Quittung.
I'll be away for the summer vacation for 4 weeks and offer my beautiful room. You'll be living with my very relaxed und lovely flatmate. The flat is in really good condition and you'll enjoy the huge bath room. Also the kitchen is big enough if you wanna host a dinner or something similar. In general we're looking for someone quiet and relaxed. Pleaso no party animals. Send me a message if interested and tell me something about your person and what you're doing in the city. We need your ID and a deposit of 750 Euros before we can hand you the keys. You'll get a receipt.
