Beautiful big furnished room in nice 3person-flatshare until March '24

Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptstraße. Darum kann es im Zimmer recht laut werden (Oberiridische Ubahn, Tram und Autos), dafür ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und auch mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt aber exzellent:
Die Station "Schönhauser Allee" ist knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß gelegen und bietet eine Anbindung an die Ringbahn, sowie an diverse weitere S-Bahn-Linien und an die U2. Quasi vor der Haustür fahren mehrere Trambahnlinien. Mit den Öffis kommt man in ca. 20 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz.

Einkaufstechnisch gibt es in der Umgebung mehrere Supermärkte und ein Einkaufszentrum an der Sbahnstation. Post, Baumarkt, usw. sind allesamt in der Nähe gelegen, ebenso Restaurants, Dönerbuden und Spätis im Prinzip bekommst Du problemlos alles was man brauchen kann :-)

The apartment is located on the main street. Therefore, it can be quite loud in the room (upper "underground" train, tram and cars), but the connection to the public transport and also with the bike in the city but excellent: The station "Schönhauser Allee" is around 5 to 10 minutes away and offers connection to the ringbahn, the subway to Mitte/Alexanderplatz. As well we have two trams going around the corner, so you can also get an easy connections to two other trains driving through the middle of berlin and in the south (direction to steglitz). From here it's around 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz.

There are several supermarkets around the flat and a shoping mall at the station. As well we have a Restaurants, Kebap stores and a lot of restaurants and Spätis ;-)

Wir sind eine Zweck-WG, die sich mag und sich freut, wenn sie sich über den Weg läuft. Diese zwei "wir", das sind Ferdinand (36) und Eva (28).

Ferdinand, schreibt an seiner Masterarbeit in Sozialwissenschaften und arbeitet in TZ für das DRK (Öffentlichkeitsarbeit). In seiner Freizeit spielt er Pen&Paper- und Brettspiele, hat eine Dauerkarte für die YORCK-Kinos, fährt gerne und viel Fahrrad und schleppt regelmäßig Lebensmittelvorräte über Foodsharing an ;)

Eva ist Pharmazeutin und arbeitet in der Qualitätskontrolle. Sie ist sehr kulturaffin, mag die Berliner Museenlandschaft und die zahlreichen Cafés, macht im Gegensatz zu Ferdi schon fleissig Sport ;)

Wir sind recht gesettlet und definitiv keine Party-WG. Freund*innen einladen ist definitiv kein Problem, solange das den Alltag der anderen nicht stört. Wir mögen uns gern, gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten sind aber eher selten. Vor allem Ferdinand freut sich aber immer über Gesellschaft bei Brettspielrunden, Kinobesuchen oder Kochaktionen.

Wir haben einen recht klaren Putz- und Sauberkeitsplan. Alle 10 bis 14 Tage übernimmt jede*r einen Putzdienst (Bad, Küche oder die Böden), der Küchendienst ist außerdem für das Leeren der Mülleimer zuständig. Ist jeder Dienst erfüllt, wird rotiert. Außerdem erwarten wir, dass man groben Dreck nach dem Kochen oder Essen wieder entfernt und den Abwasch zeitnah, binnen ein bis maximal zwei Tage erledigt. Klar kann unter Zeitdruck mal etwas vergessen werden, eine Grundzuverlässigkeit und -umsichtigkeit ist aber wichtig.

We are a functional flat community which likes each other and is happy when it meets accidentally in the kitchen or so. These "we" are Ferdinand (35) and Eva (28).

Ferdinand is writing his master thesis in social sciences and works parttime for the DRK (public relations). In his free time he plays pen&paper and board games, has a season ticket for the YORCK cinemas, likes to ride his bike a lot and regularly lugs food supplies via foodsharing to the flat ;)

Eva is a pharmacist and works in quality control. She is very culture-affine and enjoys Berlin's museums and the numerous cafés.

We are quite settled and definitely not a party-flatshare. Inviting friends is no problem as long as it doesn't interfere with each other's daily lives. We like each other, but common activities are rather rare. Ferdinand in particular is always happy to have company for board game rounds, visits to the cinema or cooking events.

We have a very clear cleaning schedule. Every 10 to 14 days, each of us takes on a cleaning duty (bathroom, kitchen or the floors), the kitchen duty is also responsible for emptying the trash cans. Once each duty is completed, we rotate. We also expect you to clean up any mess after cooking or eating and to do the dishes promptly, within one to two days at the most - just like you are welcome to give us a push, if we miss our duties. We're not perfect abput all that as well :) Of course, under time pressure something can be forgotten, but a basic reliability and prudence is important.
