Hey guys! I am looking for someone to take over my 25qm WG-Room in Prenzlauer Berg from the 1st of July.
- Perfect location: Stargarder Straße, Prenzlauer Berg, 3-minute walking from S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee / Tram M2. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes walk.
- The room is 25 sqm and has a private balcony.
- Partially furnished: 2x chest of 4 drawers, a small desk, a bed and a mattress are included.
- I am also willing to leave an IKEA Kallax shelves (8er), a big wardrobe and a bedside table for a symbolic price.
- The kitchen is equipped with all electronic devices. It has two fridges, a dishwasher, a dining table and a small storage room.
- There are 2 showers and toilets, a washing machine and a dryer. One shower has a bathtub.
Price is 720 Euro a month including all electricity, heating and internet costs. There’s a cleaning lady 2-3 times a month (also included in the rent).
The room is very spacious, sunny and quiet and the three flatmates are all adorable, clean and friendly.
