Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG. Du wohnst zusammen mit Filippo und Miranda, beide berufstätig in Vollzeit.
Das Zusammenleben ist nett und ungezwungen. Wir trinken ab und zu gerne ein Bier oder Glas Wein, schauen einen Film oder essen zusammen.

Filippo ist 31 Jahre alt, ist halb Deutscher und halb Italiener und kommt aus Florenz. Seit März wohnt er in Berlin und arbeitet im NGO-Bereich. Er treibt gerne Sport (Boxe, Jogging) und interessiert sich für Fotografie, Kunst, Bücher und Aktualitätsthemen. In seiner Freizeit besucht er gerne Ausstellungen und geht ins Kino. Er spricht Deutsch, Italienisch, Spanisch und Englisch.

Miranda ist 25 Jahre alt und kommt aus Argentinien und ist Filmemacherin. Sie spricht Spanisch, English und ein bisschen Deutsch. Seit fast 2 Jahren wohnt sie in Berlin und arbeitet in einem Restaurant. Sie fährt gerne Fahrrad und geht in ihrer Freizeit sehr oft ins Kino. Sie liebt Fotografie und schreibt sehr viel. Sie trinkt sehr viele Mate (argentinisches Mate, nicht deutsches ;)).

It is a shared flat for 3 people. You live with Filippo and Miranda, both of whom work full-time.
Living together is nice and informal. We like to drink a beer or a glass of wine together every now and then, watch a film or eat together.

Filippo is 31 years old, half German and half Italian and comes from Florence. He has lived in Berlin since March and works in the NGO sector. He enjoys sports (boxing, jogging) and is interested in photography, art, books and current topics. In his free time he enjoys visiting exhibitions and going to the cinema. He speaks German, Italian, Spanish and English.

Miranda is 25 years old and comes from Argentina and is a filmmaker. She speaks Spanish, English and a bit of German. She has lived in Berlin for almost 2 years and works in a restaurant. She enjoys cycling and often goes to the cinema in her free time. She loves photography and writes a lot. She also drinks a lot of mate (Argentinian mate, not German ;)).

Für die Waschmaschine, das Sofa (Wohnzimmer), den Fernseher (Wohnzimmer) und die Vorhänge wird ein Abschlag von 220€ fällig.
Wichtig ist außerdem, dass du ebenfalls als Hauptmieter:in in den Vertrag eintreten sollst. Dafür benötigst du Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Personalausweis, Mitschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung und Gehaltsnachweise (3 Monate) bzw. eine Bürgschaftserklärung.
