Ich werde im Juli relativ viel weg sein und habe ich mich deswegen entschlossen mein Zimmer für diese Zeit zu vermieten. Ich suche vom 06.07. - 06.08. einen Zwischenmieter. Das Zimmer ist möbliert in einer 3er WG im Wedding (Pankstr.). Deine Mitbewohner werden Piet (29) und Laura (24) sein. Beide super entspannte und sympathische Menschen. Wenn du eine entspanntes Zimmer, mit sehr guter Anbindung (U8) suchst, irgendwie zwischen 22 und 32 Jahre, offen und entspannt bist. Dann melde dich bei uns!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24m² groß, hell und wie gesagt möbliert. :) Unsere Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus mit hohen Decken, Dielen und wir haben einen großen gemütlichen Wohnflur mit Sofa.
Die U-Bahnstation Pankstraße (U8) ist weniger als 5 Fußminuten entfernt. Mit der U8 ist man schnell am Alexanderplatz oder in Kreuzberg/Neukölln. Den Gesundbrunnen erreicht man in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von hier ist man mit der Ringbahn (S41/S42), S1 und S2 gut angebunden.
Spätis und Dönerläden gibts direkt vor der Tür, in der Badstraße gibts Supermärkte, Obsthändler, Apotheken und alles was man hier nicht findet gibts bestimmt im Gesundbrunnencenter.
Im nahegelegenen Humboldthain kann man sich die Beine vertreten oder die Aussicht vom Flakturm genießen und ein paar nette Bars gibts hier auch.

You can walk to Ubahn station Pankstraße (U8) in less than five minutes. On the U8 you can get to Alexanderplatz in about 15 minutes and Kreuzberg/Neukölln is just a few stations further. Gesundbrunnen with S41/S42 (Ringbahn), S1,S2 is about a ten minute walk away, so we're well connected.
Spätis (Kiosks) and various kebab restaurants are just outside the door and in Brunnenstraße there are supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacies and everything you might possibly need.
In Humboldthain park you can walk or run, enjoy the views from the flak tower, or just relax and there are some nice bars in Wedding, too.
Du wohnst mit meinen zwei lieben Mitbewohner Piet und Laura zusammenwohnen. Laura ist 24, Studentin, sie ist noch ganz frisch in der WG und auch sehr offen und umgänglich. Genauso wie Piet, 29. Piet isz Musiker und wohnt mit mir schon seit längerem in der Wohnung zusammen. Wenn das alles für dich passend klingt schreib uns eine Nachricht!
