Hello! I'm subletting my comfortable room in a two-person apartment in Wedding while travelling (19.03.2024-16.04.2024).
The room is perfect for a clean, friendly person looking for a temporary space.I use the room for sleeping and as a workspace. It’s currently set up for music production (with a bit of acoustic treatment as shown in the pictures). Most of the equipment around the desk will be put away. The room is very bright and airy (on the 4th floor), faces the calm street, and has a small balcony.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old renovated building (with elevator). Good internet connection, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located in the up-and-coming Afrikanisches Viertel in Wedding, five minutes walk from U Seestr. Plenty of shops, restaurants, parks, and even a lake nearby.
Your roommate will be Ayanda, 30, from South Africa. Super friendly and easy-going.
Total rent will be 600 € all-inclusive with a 100 € deposit. We’ll make a small contract for everyone’s peace of mind. Anmeldung for this short period is unfortunately not possible.
