A spacious and bright 20 sqm room on the upper floor of a beautiful Altbau in Westend-Süd. The room features two large Velux windows, a parquet floor, and is fully furnished with a bed, chair, desk, sofa, and wardrobe. On the same floor, there is another bedroom and the main bathroom.
The flat is situated in Westend-Süd, a lovely and lush green neighborhood. You'll find all necessary services nearby, including supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and pharmacies. Additionally, the location offers excellent connectivity to the rest of the city, with the U-Bahn (Festhalle-Messe) and S-Bahn (Taunusanlage) stations just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, within a 10 to 15-minute walk, you can reach the city center or some of Frankfurt's finest parks.
Currently, we are three: myself (36, Italian), Milena (30, Italian), and Angela (34, Colombian), all working in international environments. The apartment is spacious enough to provide both privacy and communal spaces, allowing us to enjoy time together in the large living room, whether having dinner or listening to music. Overall, it's a very relaxed atmosphere.
The room is furnished and available starting in July. We have cleaning services every two weeks. If you're interested, we can easily arrange a visit to the apartment. Feel free to message me anytime (or call), preferably in English, but we can manage other languages as well.
