Spacious and bright room of 20 sqm on the upper floor of a beautiful altbau in Westend South.
The room has two big Velux windows, parquet floor and it is furnished (i.e., bed, chair, desk, sofa, wardrobe).
On the same floor there is another bedroom plus the main bathroom.
The flat is located in Westend-Süd, a beautiful and very green area.
Nearby you will find all the services you could need (supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies); moreover the locations ensures very good connection to the rest of the city: in 5/10 minutes by foot you will be able to reach U-Bahn (Festhalle-Messe) and S-Bahn (Taunusanlage) stations.
Last but not least in 10/15 minutes of walk you can be in the city center or in some of the best parks of Frankfurt.
Currently we are a guy, 35, and a girl, 29 years old, both Italian and working in international environments.
In the first floor of the apartment there are the service bathroom, a bedroom, a big living room with a sofa, flat TV, Hi-Fi and a spacious kitchen with everything you could need.
The room is furnished and available from August.
We have cleaning services every one or two weeks.
If you are interested we can easily organize a visit to the apartment.
