Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich biete mein möbliertes Zimmer (12qm) zur Zwischenmiete von März/Aprilr bis August/September an, da ich ein Praxissemester außerhalb von Freiburg machen werde. Wir sind eine 4er WG in der Studentensiedlung am Seepark (Neubau 2016). Wir sind 2 Mädels und 2 Jungs die gerne auch mal zusammen kochen oder gemeinsam etwas unternehmen.
In der WG gibt es 2 Bäder, eine große Küche, einen Esstisch, eine kleine Schlafcouch und einen großen Balkon. Sowohl vom Balkon als auch von deinem Zimmer hast du Seeblick.
Die WG liegt 3min von der Straßenbahn entfernt mit der du ca. 8min in die Innenstadt braucht. Auch gibt es einen Edeka und einen Penny um die Ecke (4min).
Voraussetzungen ist es, dass du ordnungsgemäß eingeschriebene/r Student/in an der Universität, Ph oder Musikhochschule bist, ansonsten ist eine Zwischenmiete leider nicht möglich.

Hey guys,
I am subletting my room (12qm) during the time kg March/April to August/Septemeber (the time is flexible). We are 4 people (two girls, two guys) sharing a flat in the Studentensiedlung am Seepark.
We have 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, a dining table, a sleeping couch (for possible visitors) and a balcony. From my room and the balcony you have a nice view over the lake.
There are 2 food stores nearby (4 min walk) and the tram line 1 (3 min walk) which takes you to the town center in only 8 min.
The only condition for renting the room is that you have to be a properly registered student in either Universität, PH Freiburg or Musikhochschule.
