Vorab, da es ein Studentenwohnnheim (Berliner-Allee) ist, kann ich nur einem Student oder Studentin an einer Hochschule oder r. Uni hier in Freiburg das Zimmer untermieten.Ich würde mein Zimmer ab den 18.11.21 bis zum 20.12.21 vermieten.
Du würdest für einen Monat in ein ca. 15 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer ziehen, welches im Studentenwohnheim Berliner Allee in Betzenhausen liegt. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und mit einem großen Fenster ausgestattet, welches das Gefühl eines Balkons vermittelt. Außerdem ist die WG mit 2 Bädern ausgestattet, die je eine Dusche haben. Es gibt zwei große Kühlschränke und eine große Küche, die auch als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird, mit zwei gemütlichen Sofas und eine super Atmosphäre. In dieser WG würdest noch mit Lea, Simon und Bene zusammenwohnen, die dich herzlich willkommen heißen. Für eine kurze zwischen Miete super geeignet, in 10 min Fahrrad bist du im Zentrum der Stadt, oder mit der Linie 3 Richtung Haid in 6 min am Bahnhof, 5 min Fußweg hast du ein Penny, ein Edeka, eine Apotheke und andere Läden, außerdem bist du in 5 min Fahrradweg vom Dietenbach und vom Seepark entfernt.
