Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe das große Glück, in den Monaten Februar und März reisen zu dürfen, und ich halte nichts davon, wichtige Ressourcen wie Wohnraum zu horten, deshalb biete ich mein günstiges WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber hell und gut ausgestattet mit einem brandneuen Memory-Foam-Bett (140 x 200), schönen Pflanzen und Dekorationen, einem E-Piano und einem gut beleuchteten Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten.
Die Mitbewohner sind absolut nett und man versteht sich sehr gut mit ihnen. Ich bin berufstätiger Musiker und lebe mit einem Psychiater zusammen, der Fotografie und Filme liebt, einem Neurowissenschaftsstudentin aus Russland, die sehr gut Deutsch spricht, einem liebenswerten IT-Informatik-Studentin, die immer freundlich und gut gelaunt ist, und einem lustigen, kluger Chemiestudenten mit viel Humor.
Sie können das Zimmer vom 1. Februar bis 25. März beziehen.
Die Miete beträgt 327,-€/Monat. Nebenkosten, Internet und unsere WG-Kasse sind inklusive :)
Die rückzahlbare Kaution beträgt 300,-€
Die erste Monatsmiete und die rückzahlbare Kaution (627,-€) werden bei Schlüsselübergabe fällig. Die zweite Monatsmiete ist am 1. März fällig.

Hello WG-Zimmer Searchers ,
I have the very lucky oppurtunity to travel for the months of February and March, and I don't believe in hoarding important resources like housing, so I am therefore I am offering my very cheap WG-Zimmer for Zwischenmiete.
The room is small but bright well-equipped with a brand-new memory foam bed (140x200), lovely plants and decorations, an e-piano, and a well-lit desk for working.
The roomates are absolutely lovely, and very easy to get along with. I am a working musician, and I live with a psychiatrist who loves photography and films, a neuroscience student from Russia who speaks very good German, an adorable IT-Informatik student who is always friendly and in a good mood, and a sharp chemistry student with a great sense of humor.
You can have the room from 1. Feb - 25. March.
The rent is 327,-€/month. Utilities, Internet, and our WG-Kasse are included :)
The refundable depost is 300,-€
The first month of rent and the refundable deposit (627,-€) are due when you get the keys. The Second month of rent is due on 1. March.
Wir wohnen in Mooswald/Messe, in der Nähe des Waldes und des FC-Stadions. Unsere WG ist eine Gehminute von einem großen Lidl und zwei Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle 4 entfernt.
Sie können das Zimmer vom 1. Februar bis 25. März beziehen.
