Du wohnst in einem modernen, hellen Zimmer mit Zugang zum eigenem Balkon.
Bett, Kleiderschränke, Schreibtisch, Schlaufcouch, Stereoanlage und ein 65" TV stehen dir zur Verfügung - du brauchst für deine Zwischenmiete nichts mitzubringen!
Dir steht außerdem ein kleines Bad (Gäste-WC) zur eigenen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Eine Dusche mit Badewanne befindet sich im größeren der beiden Bäder, welches von euch beiden geteilt wird. Hier befindet sich auch die WG-Waschmaschine.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und Zugang zum zweiten Balkon ist vorhanden und darf von dir genutzt werden.
Im Keller sowie im Speicher über der Wohnung befindet sich ausreichend Stauraum, um deine Sachen zwischenzulagern. Ein Duplex Tiefgaragenstellplatz steht dir optional (40€/mon) zur Verfügung, von welchem du im Trockenen direkt in die Wohnung kommst.

You´ll be living in a modern, bright room with private acces to your own balcony.
Bed, wardrobes, desk, sofa bed, stereo as well as a 65" TV are available - you don´t have to bring anything for your intermediate rent!
In addition, there is a separate small bathroom (guest WC) for your use available. A shower with bathtub is located in the bigger bathroom, which will be shared by both of you. The washing machine is located here as well.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the second balcony is existing and can be used.
In the basement as well as in the storage right above the flat is enough storage space to store your stuff. A duplex parking lot can be rented as well (40€/month), from which you can access the flat without getting wet in the rain.

I will let the flat to you as an intermediate tenant, there will be no business for you with the landlord.
