2 Zimmer in gemütlicher WG auf St. Pauli zur Untermiete mit Option auf Verlängerung

In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Auf dem Kiez ist immer was los, aber unter der Woche herrscht hier eher eine nachbarschaftliche Atmosphäre. Am Wochenende wird es hier wegen der Touristen oft voller, aber davon bekommt man bei uns in der Wohnung kaum was mit. Ich wohne total gerne auf St.Pauli und genieße die freundliche und offene Atmosphäre hier und finde, es ist ein guter und vor allem zentraler Startpunkt um in Hamburg anzukommen (S- und U-Bahnen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe).
Die Wohnung ist für uns ein Rückzugsort, wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander und selbstverständlich auch auf die Gegenstände in der Wohnung. Dass du das auch machst wäre eine Voraussetzung.

There are various shops, cafés, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is always something going on in the Kiez, but during the week there is more of a neighborhood atmosphere here. At the weekend, it often gets more crowded here because of the tourists, but you hardly notice that in our apartment. I really like living in St. Pauli and enjoy the friendly and open atmosphere here and think it's a good and above all central starting point for getting around Hamburg (the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are very close by).
The apartment is a place of retreat for us, we are considerate of each other and of course of the objects in the apartment. It would be a prerequisite that you do the same.

Meine Mitbewohnerin Coco ist 29 Jahre alt. Letztes Jahr hat sie ihr Studium in Design und Fotografie abgeschlossen. Derzeit reist sie noch in Portugal. Sie ist viel beschäftigt und unterwegs. Die Wohnung ist für sie eher ein Rückzugsort als ein Raum für große Feiern. Du kannst in den Gemeinschaftsräumen aber natürlich mit deinen Freunden gesellige Stunden verbringen. Geputzt wird regelmäßig. Wenn es sich ergibt, trinkt sie gerne auch mal einen Kaffee mit dir zusammen in der Küche, aber ansonsten lebt sie ihr eigenes Leben.

My flatmate Coco is 29 years old. She completed her degree in design and photography last year. She is currently still traveling in Portugal. She is very busy and on the move. The apartment is more of a retreat for her than a space for big parties. However, you can of course spend sociable hours with your friends in the communal areas. Cleaning is done regularly. If the occasion arises, she likes to have a coffee with you in the kitchen, but otherwise she lives her own life.

Da Coco nun relativ lange im Ausland war und selbst erstmal wieder ankommen muss, wären die Zimmer vorerst nur zur Zwischenmiete frei, aber falls alles passt gäbe es ggf. die Möglichkeit für eine Verlängerung. Eine offizielle Anmeldung wäre erst nach dieser Zeit möglich.
