Daher wird bei uns ein großes (18qm) und helles Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster das zur Südseite (Sophienstraße) zeigt.
Der Vermieter wünscht sich, dass man mindestens ein Jahr bleibt.

Die Sophienstraße liegt in der Weststadt und fast an der Grenze zur Stadtmitte.
Man ist daher mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb weniger Minuten an den wichtigsten Orten in Karlsruhe.
Unter uns ist das Restaurant »Livingroom«. Im Haus wohnen nette Menschen.
Es gibt alles um die Ecke außer einer attraktiven Großstadt:

Therefore the most important places in Karlsruhe are reachable in a few minutes by bike.

Wir sind bisher eine Berufstätigen-WG, das muss aber nicht so bleiben.
Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen, teilen uns auch das ein oder andere Lebensmittel und würden auch gemeinsam mal wieder was in der Wohnung gestalten.
Ewa ist Vegetarierin (eigentlich nicht, aber ich nehme es mal als Abkürzung ;)).
Es stört uns nicht, wenn Besuch da ist, wenn etwas ungespült rumsteht oder wenn mit den Leuten von oben gelacht wird.
Allerdings sind wir auch regelmäßige Putzer und unter der Woche keine Partysäue. Einigermaßen geordnet geht es unter der der Woche also zu.

Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du kurz was zu dir schreiben könntest … vielleicht hast du auch noch Fragen.
Wir teilen uns Internet und Telefon. Ist soweit alles da, aber ist auch noch Platz für einen Kühlschrank und 'ne Spülmaschine. Keller vorhanden.
Da uns eine Mitbewohnerin verlässt, suchen wir nach einer weiblichen Nachfolge.
Es wäre auch schön, wenn Du 25 bis 30 Jahre alt bist.
Wenn Du möchtest, kannst Du mit dem Zimmer einen großen Kleiderschrank übernehmen.
