We rent out a 14m² room in our 190m² flat next to Deutsches Museum at Isartor.
• The room comes fully furnished
• The flat is in an old building (with tipical high ceiling), fully furnished and well equipped (dish washer, washing mashine, 2 fridges, Internet, vacuuming robot etc.) and has 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a 60m² living room.
• Once a week we have a cleaning lady coming to clean the common areas
The flat is in the Zweibrückenstraße in front of the European Patent Office. Sbahn Station (Isartor) is at 100m.
Isar is about 300m far away and offers nice leasure activities during all year. Marienplatz / Vitkualienmarkt is ca. 600m away.
• There is a Lidl and an Edeka next to the apartment (2 min) and bigger supermarkets at Rosenheimerplatz (Hit, Aldi - 10 min away).
We are 1 Spanish girl (27), 1 Italian guy (28), 1 German guy (25) and 1 Canadian/ Korean guy (32). Since we all moved to Munich from other cities, we see each other as family and have a social life together with several activities (dinner, having some wine or playing board games). Some of us work from home from time to time (since COVID), but it's working well since the flat is spacious and internet is fast :)
The person we look for is a GIRL (age 24-34), working (NO STUDENTS), responsible, taking care about cleanliness, is outgoing and open minded
• Room is available from 15/11 (but it can be discussed about another moving date )
• Rent is 830 EUR including all costs.
• Smoking not allowed in the flat.
• Please contact us in ENGLISH (some flatmates can't speak German), giving an introduction about yourself :)
