we are setting up a new shared apartment with 5 fully furnished rooms in Munich Bogenhausen. Freischützstrasse 17. Bus stop 154 right in front of the door, which goes directly to LMU and TUM. Travel time 20min LMU, TUM 25min. The rooms are between 8 sqm and 18 sqm and are fully equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, table and wardrobe. The rental prices are between EUR 590.- and EUR 750.- including all costs such as electricity, water, heating, internet, GEZ fees, i.e. everything included). The kitchen is also fully equipped including a dishwasher. Three of the rooms have their own balcony. The apartment is in a high-rise building on the 13th floor with a breathtaking view over Munich to the mountain range.
