Travel time 20min LMU, TUM 25min. The rooms are between 8 sqm and 18 sqm and are fully equipped with a bed, mattress, desk, table and wardrobe. The rental prices are between EUR 590.- and EUR 750.- including all costs such as electricity, water, heating, internet, GEZ fees, i.e. everything included). The kitchen is also fully equipped including a dishwasher. Three of the rooms have their own balcony. The apartment is in a high-rise building on the 13th floor with a breathtaking view over Munich to the mountain range.
The furniture and equipment is completely new. The apartment has been newly renovated.
Shopping opportunities are excellent. A REWE, pharmacy, Rossmann, DM, Burger House, post office - all within 1 minute walking distance. Top infrastructure.
