Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in unserer zweier WG vom 1.10.2023-31.3.2024, da ich einen Auslandsaufenthalt machen werde. Das Zimmer ist nur möbliert zu vermieten. Die Ausstattung ist: Bett (Queen size), Großer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Sideboard.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche als gemeinsamen Bereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine!) und hat eine sehr hohe Qualität. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen großen Esstisch, eine Couch und einen Fernseher. Unser Balkon ist zur Südseite und bekommt auch im Winter noch viel Sonne. Auf dem Balkon steht ein praktischer Gasgrill und eine gemütliche Liege.

We rent out a fully furnished room for 6 months from 1st Oct. 2023 to 31st March 2024. The flat has a shared kitchen with dishwasher and everything needed. The living area has a dinner table, couch and TV. Our balcony is a nice place to hang out and BBQ.
Die Wohnung ist in Mitten Schwabing gelegen. Schwabing ist ein wunderschönes Viertel mit vielen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, alternativen Läden und Parks. Fußläufig sind die U2, U3, U6 und einige Straßenbahnen zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Sehr gut zu erreichen sind der Olympiapark, Luitpoldpark, Münchner Freiheit und der englische Garten. Wir lieben die Lage unserer Wohnung für ihre Vielfalt aber trotzdem entspannten Nachbarschaft.
English: Schwabing is amazing, you will love it. You can easily reach pretty much all public transport by foot.
Du wirst mit Melike zusammen wohnen, welche gerne kocht, Spiele spielt, Quatscht oder einen Film schaut. Wir halten unser WG Leben ganz entspannt und verbringen Abends Zeit zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt. Wir freuen uns auf freundliche, entspannte Menschen im Haus :) All nationalities welcome!
English: You will be living together with Melike, a Ph.D. student at the Technical University of Munich. Melike likes to hang out, play games, cook, chat, or watch a movie.
