Wlan kann man über Selfnet für 7 Euro im Monat erhalten.
Ich ziehe außerdem komplett aus, es ist also möglich nach dem September dauerhaft einzuziehen, wenn du dich in Kontakt mit dem Studierendenwerk setzt.

You are at the Uni Campus Vaihingen and have a direct connection to the S-Bahn station Universität.
The Media University + Mensa Vaihingen are also less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass einer der Mitbewohner in der Zeit nicht im Wohnheim, sondern daheim ist, ist sehr hoch.
Alina hat bald ihre Bachelorarbeit fertig und wird daher wahrscheinlich auch nicht immer in der WG sein.
Du teilst dir also eine 4er WG sozusagen nur zu zweit.

The probability that one of the roommates is not in the dormitory but at home is very high.
Alina will soon have finished her bachelor thesis and will therefore probably not always be in the shared flat.
So there is a high chance you share a 4-person flat share with mostly only one person.
Wichtig ist, dass du ein Immatrikulierter Studierender bist.
306 Euro ist die Warmmiete, es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten (außer die Kaution) an.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer im besten Fall vom 1. August bis 30 September. Es ist aber auch möglich nur 1 1/2 Monate oder nur einen Monat hier einzuziehen.
