Es ist möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal, Schrank und Bett.
Es hat einen Laminatboden.
Die Wohnung besitzt Bad und Klo getrennt. Eine Küche ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrschränke, Tisch, Stühlen.
Wlan kann man über Selfnet für 7 Euro im Monat erhalten.
Ich ziehe außerdem komplett aus, es ist also möglich nach dem September dauerhaft einzuziehen, wenn du dich in Kontakt mit dem Studierendenwerk setzt.

Du bist am Uni Campus Vaihingen und hast dirkete Verbindung zur S-Bahn Station Universität.
Die Hochschule der Medien + Mensa Vaihingen sin auch nichtmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Netto und ein kleiner Rewe befidnen sich auch in Fußweite
You are at the Uni Campus Vaihingen and have a direct connection to the S-Bahn station Universität.
The Media University + Mensa Vaihingen are also less than 10 minutes away on foot.
Netto and a small Rewe are also within walking distance.

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass einer der Mitbewohner in der Zeit nicht im Wohnheim, sondern daheim ist, ist sehr hoch.
Alina hat bald ihre Bachelorarbeit fertig und wird daher wahrscheinlich auch nicht immer in der WG sein.
Du teilst dir also eine 4er WG sozusagen nur zu zweit.

The probability that one of the roommates is not in the dormitory but at home is very high.
Alina will soon have finished her bachelor thesis and will therefore probably not always be in the shared flat.
So there is a high chance you share a 4-person flat share with mostly only one person.
Wichtig ist, dass du ein Immatrikulierter Studierender bist.
306 Euro ist die Warmmiete, es fallen also keine weiteren Kosten (außer die Kaution) an.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer im besten Fall vom 1. August bis 30 September. Es ist aber auch möglich nur 1 1/2 Monate oder nur einen Monat hier einzuziehen.

306 euros is the full rent, so there are no further costs (apart from the deposit).
You can live here starting from August 1st up to September 30th. But it is also possible to just stay here for one and a half month or only just one month.
