Raum frei für 2 Monate / Frau ~30 jahre alt

Hallo, es is besser für mich englisch schreiben so ...

I'm going to work for the summer and would like to sublet my room to a girl, as emergency plan !

We leave collectively in a big WG (14 personns) and look for someone that can be at ease with many people leaving together and reliable. (It is not a hotel where people cross each other, we have relations and exchanges, and take care of bizness together)

This is not a hausprojekt, all inhabitants here are really differents : we have TV watchers, artist, social workers and more alternative people. Some of my mates don't speak english and I would prefer a german speaking personn. The house is often messy, don't be maniac.

Easygoing, tolerant to smokers and possibly calm. There's nothing too trendy in our way of life and people here are willing to have simple and calm exchange with a nice personn that respects their rythm and relations.

Responsible /taking care for dishes and the kitchen floor cleaning as it is my task in the house.
