We rent a complete empty house in Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg, 10407. The house is suitable for shared flats. Total sqm approx. 120.

Earliest move in is January`23 since we have to do some room adaptions. If that doesn’t bother you, you can come earlier. The maximum length of stay is until the end of June`23 as extensive reconstruction work will begin in July`23. But this can change to a later date. (not sure today)

Currently there are 2 bedrooms in the upper floor, a third can be built in the basement. (but not sure yet)
First room has approx. 13 sqm, second one approx. 18 sqm. The third bed room would have approx. 16 sqm.
The house has 2 floors + cellar. The cellar is not included.
The house is partially renovated, the rest in the style of the 80s with a lot of boards. Therefore smoking will be not permitted.

The house has a new fully equipped bath room (shower) in the upper floor. New toilet will be installed in October. You will be the first one, using it. 
A second small toilet is available in the basement. A new toilet will be installed in October as well.
Additional rooms are:
Shared fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dish washer, some equipment.
Shared living room. At this moment approx. 34 sqm. If a third bedroom is installed, the size is halved. But not sure yet.
Shared small dining or working room. Approx. 9 sqm
Shared very bright conservatory. Approx 15 sqm.
dressing room / storage room without window, approx. 6 sqm.

More pictures can be sent after the construction work in October. You have the chance to live in a very quiet property in a central location. Very suitable for IT nomads and people who work from home. Registration (Anmeldung) for the rental period is possible.
