The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and consists of a 3 large, spacious room, a hallway with a fitted kitchen, and a small but adequate daylight bathroom with a shower. The well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge and oven. For your convenience there is a lovely balcony. As for sleeping arrangements, you will find a sigle bed.
TV and telephone connections are available, as is a washing machine connection in the bathroom.
The room has a large bright window facing the street. Since i will be going away from germany for 2 months i will be subletting my room for temporary basis without ameldung. There might be a posibilty to get the other room on the permanent basis after october 2023.
The apartment is ideal for Female students, trainees or professionals.
The apartment is in a quiet location in SchÜtzenstr and is still very central and well-located. A tram stop can be reached in a 3 few minutes on foot, with which you can be at Dortmund main station within 8 minutes.
Supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann) are also within walking distance.
