We are looking for couple of people to come for roommates for our house in Schlierbach. The house is newly renovated and has been my dream house. Our house is 4 level house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. DG has one bedroom with a separate bathroom. Second floor there 3 bedrooms one of which is really small and a bathroom. Main floor is open floor plan with a Guest WC living/dining area and a kitchen. IN the basement there are two bedroom which are used for storage/recreational room and we have the washer/drier which is available to use. Backyard has a patio with furniture and grassed area. The back yard is over 40M2 and the house is 130m2. We are looking for 2 people that would like to share the house with one other person that already lives in the house. No more than 3 people. Living room has a big couch with huge TV, kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything you need. Each of the bedrooms have a desk and a wardrobe with king or queen beds. The sublet for right now is from January1 - December 31 2020. We are looking for individuals that are nonsmoking,quiet and respectful to others and can take care of the house like it is their own. Our house is conveniently located across from the new Rewe in Schlierbach (100 steps door to door) bus #35 is 2min from the house and we have Sbhan either at Flowerstation in Schlierbach or Ortop.Klinik which are both about 10 min walk.
Rent is 400€ plus 50€ nebenkosten a month which includes internet, cable TV, electricity, water and heating . We have a parking spot in front of the house as well for one more car.
