Schönes Einfamilienhaus mit großen Wohnzimmer und ruhiger Nachbarschaft

16qm + (about 9qm) a gallery with the bed and tv. 395 euro (incl) per month.


Distances: Walkscore - Distance: With the bike it is about 10-15 minutes to the city center (vrijthof) To the IB faculty a bit less. The Randwyck campus is about 20 minutes away.
Tenant: I am looking for someone (doesn't matter if male or female) who is willing to live in a house where all payments and costs have to be gathered together each month and who also is willing to organize those things (together with the other 2 roommates). It is a non-smoking house, so maybe a non-smoker would feel more comfortable, but otherwise there is also a garden to smoke. But I don't want that in my room. Of course someone i feel comfortable with and who is careful with my stuff. :) I would like to meet the people who are interested personally, if that isn't possible, don't hesitate to still contact me. General description:
the room is in a house where you would live with two other people. It is a beautiful, very newly renovised house with a garden, a garage a huge living room with the kitchen around the corner. The other 2 people living here, will also be going abroad, so if there are 3 people looking for a house together, this would maybe be a good fit. One of the other 2 rooms will be available from first July. All 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the first floor, whereas the living room, the kitchen and a guest WC is on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have a gallery, each with the bed on it..Also important, the neighbourhood is not a typical student area!! Here are just one family houses (mostly young families with kids) or older people. So this is not really a party area, therefore I need someone who can live with that and is responsible enough to not start throw one party after another. The people here are very nice, helpful neighbours.

The other two rooms are a bit smaller and the time that they are free varies a little. Easiest way to find out more about those rooms, is to write an email and the friends of mine, living in them will answer you.
