Looking for a single house with a yard West Stuttgart

Looking for a house that is dog friendly and has a yard with a fense (perferably a wall). The house can be as small as two bedrooms the yard is more important. If it has a stable that is good too. House must be warm, prefer tiled floors but don't rule out all others. Coming to Stuttgrt in May/June. I am willing to spend up to 1600 a month but, would like for that to include the heat, clearing the snow somethng. It would be nice if the house had a sauna room. I am very quite don't drink or smoke and don't like loud parties around me. I have two large showdogs and one horse. My horse will be going into a boarding facility unless an unique opportunity arises like a house with a stable.
