I am looking for a full-time person who works at the university or an intern who works full-time outside the house. I work full-time at home.
My private room is not to be used as office-apartel.
No Locks on doors, this is a private residence.
This is strictly a temporary, study accommodation for 1 person only.
A laundry and washer is available 2 blocks away for a small fee.
NO Registration for Permanent Residency.
Internet access is limited only, often goes on and off, unstable.
There are 4 pots of plants in the room, they will stay in the room as houseplants. The plants inhale carbon dioxide, and exhale oxygen which improves air. When in doubt, google houseplants.
My apartment is situated within a short walking distance to Schloss Charlottenburg, ESCP, 10 mins. with bus M45 to Technical Univ., SRH, 8 mins. to ICC, and 10 mins. to Tegel with bus 109, and 5 mins. walk to U-Bahn Richard Wagner Platz.
Strictly non-smoking rooms only. Smoking is only allowed outside the building premises.
Cash payment is due on the first day of occupancy including a security deposit.
