Die Wohnung liegt in Neukölln, im historischen Rixdorf, in einem alten denkmalgeschützten Haus, sehr idyllisch und ruhig zwischen den beiden großen Straßen Sonnenallee und Karl-Marx-Straße, zentral angebunden durch die U7 (Station Karl-Marx-Straße) und die Ringbahn (S-Bahn Neukölln).

Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch und ein Kleiderregal. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer auf 94 qm. Zudem gibt es ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Garten. Wer etwas ruhiges mitten in der Stadt sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Ich bin 37 und suche ab 1. Januar jemanden ab 30 Jahre, was den Vermietungszeitraum angeht, bin ich flexibel und schick gern Fotos!


I have one spare room to rent from the 1th of january. The room costs 380 Euro, has about 15 square metres and the rent is all-inclusive (heating, telephone flatrate for Germany, and internet flatrate).

The flat is in Neukölln-Rixdorf, a historical area with restored village houses. The house itself is a heritage house in a quiet and cosy spot between the two local main streets of Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße. For transport, it\'s very close to the tube U7 (Karl-Marx-Straße) and the “Ringbahn” (S-Bahn Neukölln).

There is a big bed, a shelf for clothes and a desk in the room. The flat has 4 rooms and 94 square metres in total. A shared livingroom available for everybody is also in the flat. Behind the house is a little garden and there is also a nice public park right next door. If you’re looking for somewhere, that has a relaxed countryside feel but is also right in the middle of the city, then you\'ll love it here!
