I\'m Jana, 20 years old and I\'m training to be an office clerk.

I live in a lovely flat with 2,5 rooms, directly in Bremen city centre and would like to rent 1 room from the 01.06.2010, as my current flatmate is unfortunately moving out. This room is 18 m². The whole flat measures 57 m² with a spacious balcony measuring 16 m². I also have a washing machine, which you can obviously use, too.

The tramstops 10 (Falkenstraße) and 1 (Am Wall) are directly around the corner, as well as the central station and the shops.

The room costs 350 € monthly, and this includes electricity, gas, telephone and internet. With the first rent I also take 400 € desposit, which you get back (plus interest) when you would move out again.

It is important to me that you can speak english, as I would like to improve. (My current flatmate also speaks english. She is in Germany on her year abroad) But also I am very willing to help you with your german if you want.
Furthermore, if you can speak spanish, too, you would be perfect. I love spanish :)
I think if you are between 18 and 25, we will get on well.
