Due to I´m going to move from Bremerhaven, I´m looking for a new tenant. The room is very quite and is 16 m2 aproximately, even bigger. As is located in the fourth floor is very bright and looks like a kind of attic. The furnitures of the room are negotiables.
The rest of the flat consists of good equiped kitchen, new toilet, where is the washingmachine, and the room of my flatmate. In the price of 240€ is everything included : rent, internet, light...
In the neighborhood there are a lot of facilities. To Rewe, netto, lidl, you can arrive walking in 5 minutes. The Hauptbanhof takes 10 minutes walking and with the bus line 502, that is in front of the house, you can arrive in ten minutes to Hochschule. Also there are some gyms and a swimmingpool very close.
We have basement and shared garden where you can leave also the bike.
