Hey Everyone

I am moving out of a great flat here in Dortmund and therefore my room is available from the 1st of June. It is around 17 m2 and comes furnished with bed, table, desk, wardrobe, bookshelf and sofa, although I can leave it unfurnished if you prefere. The room gets a lot of light and looks out over the courtyard behind the building.

I share the flat with two other German students. Stefan is 25 and studies theatre and social work. Anu is 24 and studies computing. Three girls live in the flat above, Amanda, Nina and Lisa. We are all great friends and it is more of a 6 person split flat as we often cook and hang out together. Everyone is really friendly, we do a lot together, and i couldn\'t have found better flatmates for my time here.

The flat is in the North-East of the city, less than a 15minute walk from the main station and only 7 minutes with the U-bahn. You can walk into the city centre in about 10-15minutes too. There are a few supermarkets near by and most other shops you would need are in walking distance.

Hallo Leute!

Anu und ich (Stefan) suchen Ersatz für Fraser der leider wieder nach Schottland geht.

Das Zimmer: Kann möbliert oder auch unmöbliert übernommen werden. Es ist ca 17 qm groß.
das Zimmerfenster geht nach hinten in den Hof.

Die Lage: Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Innenstadt und Borsigplatz. Für alle die sich in Dortmund nicht auskennen, es ist in der Nordstadt und die hat einen schlechten Ruf. Aber dafür viele super günstige türkische Gemüsemärkte. Und es ist nicht so schlimm wie alle tun. Wir mögen es hier zu wohnen!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle gegeben. Genau so wie die Anbindung an den ÖVPN. Mit der bahn zum HBF dauert es 7 Min.
Über uns wohnt eine dreier Frauen WG und eigentlich sind wir eine sechser WG.
Wir sind also keine Zweck WG!
