Das Zimmer ist Möbliert inkl Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. In nur 3 Gehminuten erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof. Ebenso erreichen Sie zu Fuß die berühmte Königallee und die Altstadt. Ein Waschsalon ist in der Nähe.

Die WG verfügt über eine neue eingerichtete Küche mit Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Herd und Backofen, über ein Bad mit WC/ Badewannen/Dusch-Kombination und ein separate Gast WC. Eine schnelle Wlan DSL-Internetflatrate mit 16 Mbit/s ist vorhanden. Die Fenster sind groß und hoch. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell. Die Fenster gehen zur Straße hin, deshalb hört man Verkehrsrauschen. Der Bodenbelag ist helles Parkett im Fischgrätmuster, wie in der ganzen restlichen Wohnung auch (außer WC und Bad).

Miete: 325 EUR / Monat (Inkl. Nebenkosten, Heizkosten! zzgl. Strom/Internet). Es wird eine Strom-und Internetpauschale von 35,00 EUR / Monat entrichtet.

This room has best connections to all parts of the city with the public transport system. It is 3 minutes walk to the Düsseldorf main railway station (Düsseldorf Hbf). Supermarket, other shops and fast-food restaurants are very close. The old town and shopping streets are also within the walking distance. Laundry is just 2 minutes walk away.

This room furnished with bed, desk, chair, closet and lamps. If required, beddings could be provided. The window is big and high, so it makes the room bright during the daytime. The floor of the room and rest of apartment (except bath room and toilet) is beautiful wood parquet. This room is faced to street side, so there are some noises from the street.

This apartment is equipped with new kitchen including refrigerator-freezer, Stove and oven. The bath room is equipped with bath, shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet in a separate room. Free and fast Wifi connection is provided with speed of 16 Mbit/s.

Rent is 325€ /month including costs for water, washing machine and heater. Electricity and Internet will be charged for 35€ lump sum / month extra.
