This room is a big enough but quiet and cozy one, suitable for a short stay falling on the summer. The window opens to a small garden and you can see the lake too.. There is no traffic noises heard even with the window open. Two tables, a wardrobe, wall shelves, a bed and a chair are available. -------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ A small but nice room waiting for an interim tenant or an intermediate tenant. It is the direction of the garden and is quiet even with the window open. Location: We are situated in one of the most beautiful and student-friendly areas in wholesale Freiburg. There is the "Flueckinger lake" (a lake) one minute away by walk. The StuSie bar is so very close by, if you need to take a break for a beer or two and socialize. The city center or the university are only 15 minutes away by bike or 8 minutes by tram. ------------------------------- The StuSie is right on the sea park and the lake Flueckinger, so ideally suited fue balmy summer evenings. The Downtown and the university can be reached by bike in just 15 minutes. The StuSie bar is very close to. WG-life: We are 4 friendly people living together so there is always something happening around if you choose to be social; or you can thus close the door and have a quiet time for yourself. There is a shared kitchen, and we have two bathrooms so no worries for waiting to take a shower. ----------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- With a shared kitchen and two bathrooms you need you also do not worry that you do not come for cooking or showering. Others: washing room is also at the same floor; the tokens can be-acquired in the StuSie bar in between 19:00 to 20:00.
