My room in a 3-er WG is free from January 1st 📷
The flat is located at Albanstolzstrasse (Zahringen). It is 5 mins away from the institute and is next to Reutebachgasse tram stop (Line 4) and approximately 15 minutes to Freiburg centre by bike. Edeka, Aldi and Rewe are close by. The landlord and landlady speak both German and English and are always happy to help.
The flat has an equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher etc. It also has washing machine, cellar and bike parking. There is also a storage room in the flat. Internet is available.
The flat has a main bathroom, a guest bathroom and also common area.
The room:
The room is 19 square meters and has a shared balcony. The rent is 450 euros warm including internet, electricity and heating.
It is available both for short term or long term rent. Long term is more preferable.
The room is fully-furnished with wardrobe, bed with storage, study table, chairs and a book shelf. For long term tenancy, I would like to sell the furniture in my room and my share of kitchen utilities. The kitchen utilities include the fridge which was not provided by the landlord. The fridge was bought together with the flat mates and I would like to sell my share for a lower price. The total cost for Furniture and fridge is 300 euros.

One of the flatmates is a male PhD student and the other one is a female student doing her internship. The flatmates are friendly and helpful.
There is a cleaning schedule in place.
