I offer my room for a temporary rent from 1.09 to 31.12.2012. The room is fully furnished and 18 m² big, nice, light and with access to the garden (ideal for little BBQ). A nice roommate, 24, Forestry student is included ;).
The flat is very close to the Norduni and Nordmensa (canteen), you can reach the faculties Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Forestry within a 5 minute walk, and also food stores are close by. To the city center you can go by bicycle within 15 minutes or simply take the bus.
Your rent will be 220 Euro per month. Internet, energy, gas and everything included.

Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß, hell und möbliert. Zudem hat es einen direkten Zugang zu einer großen Rasenfläche, auf der bei gutem Wetter gegrillt werden kann. Auch teilweise Zwischenmiete möglich!
