We have 2 rooms available in a really bright and shiny 4th floor flat (yes, there is lift!) with 3 bedrooms in Deptford area/Surrey Quays, close to Canada Water, zone 2.
The flat is very nice, clean and cosy, all white floors, a place what you can call home. It has a nice big kitchen with all mods and cons, separate toilet, and a bathroom with a very clean and modenr bathtub. There is a sun-facing balcony too.
1. The first room is a single, available right now! It has a walk-in closet, single bed, and a separate dressing table with mirror. Rent: 313 per month.
2. The second room will be available in a few weeks, when the current flatmate finds a new place - but it is flexible. Double bed, sofa, wardrobe with mirror, 2 bedside tables, dressing shelves. The room is very big, spacious, and has 2 windows, so sun all day long! Rent 320. per month.
The bills come separate, but we barely pay mre than 400-410 per month. Council tax is 40 pounds, the rest depends on how much we use.
There is a Bt landline and wireless internet too. The flat has a landlord and a registered agency, in case you need a contract.

The location would suit someone who works in the south east or someone who is on a budget, as this is a very good price for both rooms! You can rent them together (friends) or separately too.
The area is safe and quiet, walking distance to the river, Deptford park, Deptford market, and 24h Tesco and Surrey Quays shopping center.
Bus stop, nightbuses about 1 min walk, Deptford rail 10 min walk (takes you to London Bridge in 7 min), Canada Water and Greenwich is a short bus ride.
We would prefer someone for a medium/longer term, as there is a deposit of 461 pounds when you move in. You can move out any time, just make sure you organize a new flatmate.
