Looking for a new roommate to join us in our apartment in the heart of the city , in
Glockenbachviertel, available from July 1st.
The apartment is located in a highly desirable area, surrounded by popular bars, cafes, and other establishments. It's the perfect place to live if you enjoy the city's vibrant energy. The available bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with ample natural light.
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Isar river, where you can enjoy a morning jog or an evening walk. It's also just a 15-minute walk from the famous Deutsches Museum, and near Fraunhoferstr.(U1, U2,U7,U8) And walking distance from Sendlinger Tor (U3,U6 plus the lines above)
We are two working professionals looking for a third roommate who is easy-going, friendly, and tidy.
One of us is Indian, and the other is French.
The rent for the room is €827 per month, which includes all utilities and heating.
The room is bigger than the two other rooms. It is 25sq.m, it has two sofas as well, so it would be nice if the tenant could
let it be used for as a living room once or twice a month, but this is negotiable. It can be fully private for 927 EUR rent. This is because it's 50% bigger than both the other rooms and with such an occasional sharing system, we keep it fair to the other tenants who pay the same rent.
