Zwischenmiete Februar-Juli

Ab Februar bis Juli/August wird mein 17 m² großes Zimmer frei (5 bzw. 6 Monate), für das ich eine nette Zwischenmiete suche. Ich gehe schon in zwei Wochen nach Paris zu einem Erasmus Aufenthalt und suche daher am liebsten schon liebe Menschen, die in der nächsten Woche (vor dem 15.1.) Zeit und Lust hätten sich die Wohnung und das Zimmer anzuschauen.

Das Zimmer ist nach Süd-Osten ausgerichtet und bekommt durch die drei Dachfester ab dem frühen Morgen viel Licht und Nachmittagssonne. Durch die Dachschräge, die das Zimmer hoch aufreißt, ist es sehr gemütlich und luftig und wirklich hell. Die Möbel und Einrichtung bleiben im Zimmer, so dass es neben den üblichen Sachen, die auf den Bilder auch zu sehen sind, für musikalische Leute z.B. noch ein E-Piano gibt. Die Bücherregale und Bücher bleiben auch ungefähr so, ich räume aber natürlich etwas auf und mache Platz!
Du würdest mit Jacob, Elena, Adriana, Bene, Amelie und Edward zusammenwohnen. Die ganze Sache läuft eigentlich ganz routiniert ab und durch die großen Gemeinschaftsräume gibt es neben dem Zimmer auch viel Platz und viele Möglichkeiten. Seit Oktober sind dazu 3 Leute auch neu hinzugezogen und für aktives WG-Leben und frischen Wind sind alle zu haben! Die WG besteht übrigens seit 10 Jahren mit immer noch Verbindungen und Freundschaften zu unseren Anfänge(r)n, also gibt es oft Besuch oder Sachen, die man zusammen in großer Gruppe unternehmen kann.

Die Miete beträgt 455 Euro. Und ich würde eine kleine Kaution von 500 Euro verlangen (die Kaution, die man ohne Zwischenmiete zahlen muss beträgt 1800 und ist einfach zu teuer).

Gemeinschaftsräume:
Die WG befindet sich im Dachgeschoß und ist insgesamt etwa 230 m² groß. Sie ist quadratisch um einen Lichthof herum angelegt: Zuerst kommst du in ein geräumiges Vorzimmer, das wir als (Raucher-) Lounge verwenden und kuschelig eingerichtet haben. Wenn du rechts abbiegst, gehts Richtung Küche an unseren zwei Bädern vorbei. Die Küche mit großem Esstisch ist ostseitig ausgerichtet und fängt die Morgensonne ein. Das Wohnzimmer (gelegentlich auch Kino, Yogastudio, Dancefloor, Versammlungsraum) ist der größte Gemeinschaftsraum, schließt an die Küche an und geht schließlich in den Gang über. Vom Gang aus kannst du dann abspringen in die sieben Zimmer und wenn du den Flur, der ein paar Wendungen macht, zu Ende gehst, landest du wieder im Vorzimmer. Man kann also in beide Richtungen gehen und sich von verschiedenen Seiten treffen.
Die WG-Zimmer sind mit 10-23 m2 allesamt nicht riesig, was durch die großen Gemeinschaftsflächen aber vollkommen okay ist. Durch die Aufteilung der Wohnung und den unterschiedlichen Charakter der Räume, findet man immer ein Plätzchen zum Chillen oder auch einen Rückzugsort. Das wir gemeinsam so viel Platz haben, macht die Wohnung so besonders und ermöglicht uns ein feines, abwechslungsreiches Zusammenleben.

Noch gut zu wissen: wir haben keinen Liftschlüssel (dafür top trainierte Oberschenkel), im Vorraum wird geraucht (gerade wohnen aber mehr Nichtraucher:innen als Rauer:innen hier), viele von uns spielen gerne oder/und machen Musik, so ungefähr die Hälfte studiert im Master, die andere Hälfte arbeitet, viele fahren Rad, manche gehen gerne aus, alle kochen richtig gut!

My 17 m² room will be available from February to July (5 or 6 months), for which I am looking for a nice interim tenant. I'm going to Paris for an Erasmus stay, so I'd like to find some lovely people who would have the time to take a look at the flat and the room in the next time (best before 15 January).

The room faces south-east and gets a lot of light and afternoon sun from the early morning thanks to the three skylights. The pitched roof, which raises the room high, makes it very cosy and airy and really bright. The furniture and furnishings remain in the room, so in addition to the usual things that can be seen in the pictures, there is also an electric piano for musical people, for example. The bookshelves and books will stay more or less the same, but of course I'll tidy up a bit and make room!
You would be living with Jacob, Elena, Adriana, Bene, Amelie and Edward. The WG-live is actually quite good established and has a good routine and thanks to the large communal areas, there's plenty of space and lots of options in addition to the room. Since October, 3 new people have also moved in, and everyone is keen to get involved and bring some new life into the shared flat! Incidentally, the flat exists for 10 years and has still good connections and friendships with former roommates, so there are often visitors or things to do together in a larger group.

The rent is 455 euros. And I would ask for a small deposit of 500 euros (the deposit you have to pay without interim rent is 1800 and is simply too expensive).

Common rooms:
The shared flat is on the top floor and is about 230 m² in total. It is laid out in a square around an atrium: First you come into a spacious anteroom, which we use as a (smoking) lounge and have furnished in a cosy way. If you turn right, you will pass our two bathrooms in the direction of the kitchen. The kitchen with its large dining table faces east and catches the morning sun. The living room (occasionally also used as a cinema, yoga studio, dance floor or meeting room) is the largest communal room, adjoins the kitchen and then leads into the corridor. From the corridor you can then jump off into the seven rooms and if you finish the corridor, which makes a few turns, you end up back in the anteroom. So you can walk in both directions and meet from different sides.
At 10-23 square metres, the shared rooms are not huge, but that's perfectly okay due to the large communal areas. Thanks to the layout of the flat and the different character of the rooms, you can always find a place to chill out or retreat to. The fact that we have so much space together makes the flat so special and allows us to live together in a nice, varied way.

Good to know: we don't have a lift key (but our thighs are in top shape^^), we smoke in the anteroom (but there are currently more non-smokers than smokers living here), many of us like to play and/or make music, about half of us are studying for a Master's degree, the other half work, many of us cycle, some of us like to go out and everyone cooks really well!
