Zwischenmiete ab März am Brunnenmarkt

Hallo!

Gleich vorweg, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden: das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer! Allerdings ist das eigentlich aber ziemlich cool (warum und überhaupt weitere Infos siehe weiter unten).
Zu uns: Bei uns (Gwen, Igor, Melli und Matze) wird ab Ende Februar/Anfang März ein Zimmer frei zur Zwischenmiete. Wie lange du bleiben möchtest können wir dann ausmachen, grundsätzlich würde ich das Zimmer gerne für ca. 4 Monate vermieten, bin aber flexibel! Unsere WG ist bunt gemischt: Gwen (26) studiert (momentan sehr viel) Architektur an der TU. Igor, Fotograf und ein-bisschen-Studierender ist der Älteste bei uns (34). Er kann noch nicht so gut Deutsch, deswegen reden wir Englisch mit ihm. Matze (29) kocht sehr gern (auch wirklich gut übrigens) und arbeitet bei einer NGO. Melli ist unsere neueste Mitbewohnerin – sie und Mätti studieren beide noch und sind unsere Babies (beide 24). Mätti ist auch der, der jetzt (leider) für ein Semester auszieht.

Und du? Uns ist wichtig, dass du bereit bist dich in die WG einzubringen - die WG überhaupt ist sehr familiär-gemeinschaftlich-vertraut aufgebaut. Uns ist es wichtig eine feine Zeit miteinander zu haben, die Vor- und Nachteile des Zusammenwohnens zu genießen und dabei offen miteinander zu reden und uns zu vertrauen. Wir sind keine WG, in der die Leute aneinander vorbeileben, das finden wir irgendwie blöd, deswegen kaufen wir unser Essen gemeinschaftlich, fahren zu irgendwelchen Festivals, trinken mit Enthusiasmus Igors mitgebrachten Quittenrakija (mmmmh) und versuchen generell, zusammen zu leben wie eine 5-köpfige Wahlfamilie.

Die WG ist im 16. Bezirk in einer Seitengasse direkt am Gürtel, die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr ist ideal (U6, 2, 33), außerdem sind es nur 3 Gehminuten zum Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 150 m2 groß, hat 5 Zimmer, sowie einen Fahrrad- und Werkzeugraum. Ein eigenes Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht, dafür eine große, gemütliche Küche (in der sich noch niemand nicht wohl gefühlt hat!) mit Esstisch, ein Gästehochbett (es kann immer wer auf Besuch kommen) und außerdem 2 WCs.

Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 24qm groß, sehr geräumig (Altbau) und möbliert. Bitte aber beachten: es ist ein Durchgangszimmer! Nur damit es da keine Missverständnisse gibt. Allerdings ist das für mich tatsächlich eher ein Vorteil, als ein Nachteil: wir leben jetzt schon über 3 Jahre so zusammen und ich habe bis jetzt jede Minute davon genossen. Nicht nur ist Gwen eine wunderbare Mitbewohnerin, es bleibt auch mit dem riesigen Hochbett im Zimmer (das komplett blickgeschützt ist, siehe Foto) mehr als genug Privatsphäre. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, eine kleine Couch, einen Schreibtisch und ein E-Piano. Nur für den Fall, dass du mal rumklimpern möchtest oder sogar spielen kannst. Gwen würde sich sicher freuen 😊

Die Miete für das Zimmer ist 361€, da ist bereits alles (Betriebskosten, Internet, etc.) drin.

At our place (Gwen, Igor, Matze and Melli) a room will be available from march onwards for 4 months approximately (it’s open to you how long you would like to stay, i am flexible).

Disclaimer: it is a connecting room (don't know the correct term for that)! Just so you are informed, i want to avoid any missunderstandings. But thats no big deal and actually pretty cool (more informations in the text below) :)

Our flat is a mix of very different people who are at different points in their life:
Gwen (26) studies architecture @ TU Wien. Igor, photographer and somewhat-student is the oldest and in the flat (34). He doesn’t speak German so well (yet), so we speak English when we’re all together. Matze (29) likes to cook (and, according to some, quite well) and is currently working for an NGO. Melli is our newest addition to the flat – she and Mattie are our babies (both 24). Mätti is also the one that will be studying abroad for the next semester.

And you? For us it’s important that you are willing to contribute to the flat-life - our life together is familial, trustful. For us it’s important to have a beautiful time toghether, to enjoy the advantages and disadvantages of living together and to be open and honest and trust each other in the meantime. We are not a flat where people live side-by-side without really getting to know each other, we think that kind of living arrangement is dumb.
This is why we buy our food collectively, why we go to obscure festivals together, why we enthusiastically consume the quince-rakija Igor brings us from home. This is why we generally try to live together like a 5-head adopted family.

The flat is situated in the 16th district in a side street, around the corner from the Gürtel (outer city ring), from the public transport lines U6, 2 & 33 and from the Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz (local market and, lately, hipster-bobo-restaurant place). The appartment measures 150m2, has five rooms as well as a bycicle-/tool-room. We don’t have a living room as such, but our kitchen is so comfy that NOBODY has EVER not felt at home in it. The flat also has a guest bed (above the bycicle room) and a grand total of 2, we repeat, 2 toilets.

Your future room measures 24m2, and already has all the furniture that you need: a (very big and tall) loft bed small couch, a desk, a closet for your clothes and an e-piano (just in case you want to fool around with it. or, even better, if you can actually play. Gwen definitely would appreciate 😊 ) Disclaimer to avoid any missunderstandings: my room is a connecting room (Gwen has to go through to get to her room). Until now we were living like this for 3 years already, and I absolutely enjoyed every minute of it. Not only is Gwen a wonderful flatmate, the loft bed (as already mentioned its very tall and you have a lot of space up there) is screened off so you can have all the privacy that you need.
The rent, including everything (heating, internet etc.) is 361€.
