I am looking for a sublet tenant for my room in a flat share. This room is originally a living room, so it is big enough to accommodate a queen size bed, a dining table with two chairs, a sofa and a TV. There are two bed side tables and a couch table. there is also a small storage space for clothes. The room is equipped with two radiators.

The location is ideal as the bus stop G.Scholl gymnasium is only a minute away. There is an Aldi is 5 minutes away and a Netto 10 minutes away.

The rent is 350 euros per month inclusive of all costs (electricity and internet). The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with 4-plate stovetop, an oven, a microwave oven and fridge with freezer. The kitchen also has a dining table. The bathroom has a WC, a bathtub and a washing machine.

I am looking for a female tenant as my roommate is a female and she prefers staying with females.
I am asking for a 200 euros as a safety deposit in addition to the rent. This will be returned back to you completely, provided you don't cause any damage to any of the appliances or furniture in the house.
