Since I am moving out, my Flat mate and I, Prajna and Sasha, are looking for a new tenant for this beautiful bright room in a shared flat with a bathroom, kitchen.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Your room is a walk-in room. Two big windows brighten up the room and give you a view of the main street. It is partly furnished with a bed and a mattress, a big study-table, a book shelf, and a wardrobe. The washing machine is in the basement and will be jointly owned by you and Prajna. All of this can be taken over for 400 euros.
Cold rent= 250 euros
Warm rent = 300 euros (250 rent +50 additional costs for electricity, internet and radio tax)
Deposit= 1 month cold rent (250 euros)
The apartment is very well located so that you can reach all shops for daily needs within 2 to a maximum 10 maximum minutes on foot. Right around the corner is the Netto and a little further a Rewe and Aldi. Bakery, hairdresser, post office are also in the immediate vicinity. It is also well connected to public transport. The main train station is around 6 minutes walk away. The Uniklinik can be reached within 15 to 20 mins using several bus lines.
From there, several bus lines go to RWTH and Super C, and the departments can also be reached quickly on foot.
The beautiful city center of Aachen with its world cultural heritage, Aachen Cathedral, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The party mile "Pontstraße" with the popular student bars, clubs and restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
Your future roommate will be Prajna. She is 26 years old and from India. She speaks Hindi, English, and a little bit of German. Currently, she is in the second semester of her master's program at RWTH. She is quiet and likes her peace but is also always available for a chat. Mutual respect and consideration of one another's needs is something we value at this flat-share.
