We are Pedro and Mare. We are a couple from Spain who came to work in Aachen some time ago (2 years for Pedro, 1 year for Mare). The time for us to come back to Spain has come and we are looking for a new tenant to move to the flat we are leaving behind.
The apartment is roughly 50 square meters, it has one bedroom, a big kitchen (to cook and also to eat), a big living room, a small bathroom and a little hall connecting it all. It also has a storage room in the building basement (which is quite convenient!). The apartment is very well isolated, so noise cannot be heard from outside with closed windows. There are pretty views from the kitchen and the bedroom. The heater was changed last year, and the landlord is very nice and helpful. The neighbors in general are quite nice, and the next-door neighbors are very kind and helpful.
The apartment is quite centric, located at Ponttor; It is less than 10min away from Aachen West (DB station), 3min away from several bus stops and right across a big variety of restaurants and bars on Pontstrasse.
There are also plenty of supermarkets around, both a Rewe and a Netto less than 5 minutes away, and a Lidl about 10 minutes away.
The rent is 620€ (total rent plus water) and we would like the new tenant(s) to move in at the beginning of June.
Since we are moving to Spain, we want to sell all the furniture to the new tenant(s) for 1500€. Please only contact us if you are interested in buying the furniture.
The kitchen stove/oven and counters are part of the apartment. The rest of the items in the pictures are included in the price. This is a rough list:
• Bedroom: bed + mattress, desk, desk-chair, closet, and small cabinet. We also have an extra bed in the storage room.
• Kitchen: fridge, washing machine, wall-cabinet, dining table + 4 blue chairs, small appliances like the microwave and water boiler, and general kitchenware: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, etc
• Living room: Sofa, rocking chair, armchair/divan style, bookshelf, desk, desk-chairs, table for the sofa, TV cabinet, and rug
• Hall: commode, furniture for shoes and a shelf for storing, wall coat rack
• All apartment lights, curtains, a clothe-drying rack, and other small items.
