The apartment is in a great location, the calm neighborhood of Alt Treptow, five minutes walk from both Neukoln and Kreuzburg or ‘Kreuzkoln’. So - walking distance to good bars, clubs and great places to eat. Beside the canal, close to the river Spraoi and to the huge Treptower Park. The Turkish market is a 15 minute walk away and supermarkets including an LPG Biomarkt are all on the doorstep. Gorlitzer Park is just across the canal.

The apartment is an original 60’s style Berlin home, it gets lots of natural light and has central heating, very cosy on the coldest of Berlin winter days. It’s a 42m sq, single & spacious room apartment with a seperate kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Furnished throughout with vintage furniture. Wifi, washing machine, old style bath (with shower), very chilled atmosphere, great for relaxing, working, reading, hanging out.

The apartment would suit one person or a couple. It’s my home, not a holiday apartment, so I’m looking for someone who will be respectful of the place and the neighbours.
