We are renting the our apartment from 19th July to 22nd August 2023 in our 4 rooms (Neubau) apartment. The apartment has 4 Bedrooms, but ideally one would stay closed with our personal things. The price already includes 2 times cleaning from a cleaning company.

1 main couple bedroom with King size bed, private bathroom and access to the balcony, 1 Children room with 1 bunker bed (2 beds), and 1 room with 1,40 m large high beds on them. The 2 adult rooms have a little office in them. Table, chair and monitors are included. Large balcony with table, chairs, sofa, lights and plants. Really nice to eat out.

Open Kitchen with cooking island, 4 sitting places and a small table for 6, with 4 chairs (baby chair possible) and a Bench, in case you prefer to eat looking to one another. :) Induction cooking plate, microwave, dishwasher and many kitchen equipment.

Large living room with a big sofa, large TV, wii video game and lots of Board Games. Storage room with Wash and dry machine.

Building and apartment are barrier-free with easy access to lift. There is a beautiful garden to play, with a sand box and a big balcony. It is very quiet and cozy. It is warm in winter time as we have underfloor heating and has a nice temperature in warm days, as the sealing is high.

The building is located close to two forests (Plänterwald and Königsheide), 2 nice forests with playgrounds and lots of green. 1,5 km way from the historical wall way. All of those places are great for jogging, ride bike and rollerblades. The river Spree and some canals are also very close and it is great for a short or long walk.

Very close to us there is a Rossmann, DM, Edeka, Lidl, Netto, Pharmacies and many other little shops, Some small bakeries and a great place for Sunday brunches. Church and an amazing Volkhochschule with many different courses are also in the corner.

The apartment is located in front of a subway station that takes you in many directions, including 25 min to Alexanderplatz (city center) and 20 min the airport (BER Airport). Lines: S45,46,47, S9, S8, S85

Great Bus connection to Mitte, Kreuzberg, Neuköhl and Treptow.
