Sublet for 4 months in our cozy flat in Schillerkiez, Neukölln

My partner and me are offering our lovely, cozy apartment from end of January to beginning of June (we can be flexible both with the entry and leaving dates when needed). The place is located in the Schillerkiez neighborhood of Neukölln. The location couldn't be better – we're a mere 3-minute stroll from the beautiful Hasenheide Park and around 15 minutes walk to the canal in Kreuzberg. All the supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and lively bars, are just a short walk away.

💰 Price: 1000€ per month (a bit below our regular rent)
Anmeldung (registration) is unfortunately not possible.

The apartment is ideal for singles or couples, is compact but really comfortable and cozy. Also it is very warm, which I find very important for this chilly wintery days.

The sofa extends to double its size - perfect for relaxing movie nights or lounging with a good book :) Also we have two separate desk areas, making it a great space for those who might need to work from home.
