Ich vermiete meine 53m2 Wohnung in der Schönleinstraße (Neukölln), 200m vom Maybachufer (türkischer Markt) und 10min. vom Hermannplatz entfernt. Der U-Bahnhof Schönleinstraße ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt:

- 7/3 - 11/3 (langes Wochenende): 80Euro/Nacht (evtl. auch scho früher)

Dies ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung für sich allein. Sie ist auch ideal für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie (in diesem Fall wird der Preis höher sein). Die Wohnung ist mit einer Waschmaschine, Internetanschluss und allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Rückseite, im zweiten Stock, so gibt es keinen Lärm von der Straße und es gibt genug Licht.

I am subletting my 53m2 flat in Schönleinstrasse (Neukölln), 200m away from the Maybachufer (Turkish market) and 10min. from Hermannplatz. The Schönleinstrasse underground station is only a 3-minute walk away:

7/3 - 11/3 (long weekend): 80Euro/Night (possible also to enter earlier)

This is a 2-room flat all to yourself. It is also ideal for a couple or a small family (in which case the price will be higher). The flat is equipped with a washing machine, internet connection and all necessary utilities. The flat is located at the back, on the second floor, so there is no noise from the street and there is enough light.
