2 room flat with wonderful panorama view over the roofs of Savigny square

From 1 to 31 October, 2011 I am subletting my beautiful, bright and spacious 90 m² 2-room flat at the Savigny Platz in Berlin (Charlottenburg).

It is a fully furnished apartment, including 1 sleeping room with a double bed (140x200), a living and working (or dining) room with a small balcony and an additional studio couch (140x200), a big fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a corridor and bath with bathtub.

The flat is on 4th flour in an old building (no elevator) with a wonderful panorama view over the roofs of the Savigny square. The apartment is located in the West city center with two minutes walk to the S-Bahn Savignyplatz (East-West connection), seven minutes walk to the Kurfürstendamm, the most famous boulevard for dandering, or ten minutes walk to the Zoo of Berlin-West. And you can take a 15 min ride with the bus to get to the Grunewald to take a walk through Berlins biggest forest and lake area. The neighborhood offers various restaurants, bars and clubs as well as theatres, cinemas, galleries and all kinds of shops, stores, and supermarkets.

It is perfect for singles or couples with or without a child or friends, dogs are possible and international guests are welcome. There is a free wireless internet connection, a printer and an external monitor for your laptop and two TVs.

You should be a responsible, non-smoker, and a quiet person. The rent for the whole flat is 800 Euros if you are a couple (or 2 friends) or 750 Euros for a single person, all inclusive. Deposit is required.

I am open for exchanging the flat with a flat in the south of France, or north of Spain (between Barcelona and Montpellier) preferably in the countryside and with my dog.
